Privacy

This notice explains how ARDOCH handles personal data when you visit this website or write to us.
Who we are
ARDOCH operates this website. For any question about this notice or your personal data, write to info@ardoch.me.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to send us, and the technical data needed to deliver this website.
- Emails you send us: your name, contact details and anything you include in your message or attachments.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to deliver the website securely and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and tenders, and keep a record of our correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our email and website, such as Microsoft and Cloudflare, and where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy of it. Write to info@ardoch.me. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
